Get your Carnival of Wealth submissions in pronto if you want us to feature them Sunday. You can’t win it if you’re not in it. Not that we give out prizes – that was last month – but you know what we mean.
If for some reason you only tune in to Control Your Cash in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th weeks of the month, you don’t know what you’re missing. On the first Sunday of every month – May 1 would be an example – we link to as many as 40 blog posts from our fellow personal finance bloggers. And we’ve been known to add commentary, too. At least one blogger banned us from his precious little site (alright, it was Man vs. Debt) and several others have contacted us to seek succor for hurt feelings. Again, our first obligation is to you, the reader. Come by, look around, and learn how to build wealth. We call it buying assets and selling liabilities. Reading a worthwhile post is buying an asset. Saving you the trouble of wasting your time trying to make it through a pointless or poorly written one is selling a liability. Apply the same principle to your financial life and you’ll be as fiscally free as you want to be.
